- Manage and deliver section 125 flexible/cafeteria plan opportunities for employees
Risk Management
- Underwrites and negotiates group health, vision, dental, comp, and disability
- Oversees comp audits and industrial commission hearings
Loss Prevention
- Directs emergency medical attention
- Handles claim reporting
- Conducts accident investigation
- Maintains records
- Acts as liaison between employees and insurance adjuster
- Administers modified duty opportunities for employees recovering from injury
Unemployment Management
- Maintains termination files
- Administers the automated dial-in unemployment reporting system
- Acts as company representative during unemployment hearings
